PARISH COUNCIL

            This is an elected Board and all parishioners are eligible to participate.  Meetings are the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.  Parish Elections are held in the Spring.
             The purpose of the Parish Council is to be the primary consultative body in the parish on pastoral matters.  For more information, call Judy Fite, chairman at 722-1947.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

           Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.   The goal of the Community Service Board is to initiate and offer assistance to those individuals or families of the parish and community who are in need.  This Board organizes many drives throughout the year for Blankets, Coat/Sweaters, Hats/Gloves/Socks, Christmas gifts, Holiday Food Baskets, Baby Shower gifts, and Indian Students School Supply Drives.  
            The Community Service Board also sponsors:  4 yearly Blood Drives & Ice Cream Socials for residents of Superbia.  Volunteers are always needed!

LITURGY

           Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.   The duties of the Liturgy Board are to assist the Pastor in the planning and preparing for liturgical celebrations and seasons, to update guidelines and to conduct seminars for Lectors,
Communion Ministers, and Altar Servers, and to work with the Music Director. 
            Other activities include:  Lenten Prayer services, Advent Prayer services, Prepared & host
a Lenten meal, provide gifts for mothers on Mother's Day & fathers on Father's Day.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

            Qualifications for this Board consist of current registration at Epiphany, in full communion of the faith and life with
the Roman Catholic Church, and involvement in some area of the Religious Education program.  
            The primary duty of the Board is to oversee the Religious Education & Youth Programs at Epiphany.  This Board assists with sacramental retreats, lenten meals, Catechist Appreciation Dinner, In-Service programs, and assists the Religious Education Director and Youth Minister when needed.

 PROPERTY BOARD

          Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.    The purpose of the Property Board is to maintain church property. This includes making regular inspections of parish property, and setting up a schedule for maintenance. The Property Board is also responsible for making recommendations on the purchase of materials/supplies and improvements and/or changes to parish property. MEN'S CLUB

          A group of men devoted to helping others while enjoying fellowship with one another. Our mission is "To foster fellowship among the men of Epiphany Parish." The Men’s Club is open to all men of the Parish, even the non-Catholics who may have a Catholic spouse who attend Epiphany.  Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30pm in the West Meeting Room.
          We sponsor various events: such as the Parish Picnic, Golf Tournaments, Lenten Meals, Retreats, Pancake Breakfasts, and we have a Catholic Men’s Softball Team. We do fund raising Casino nights for various organizations throughout the year. We provide College Scholarship money to some of our students.

WOMEN'S CLUB

          All women of the parish are invited to be a part of this group and attend monthly meetings held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Patio Room.   Our purpose is to unite women of the parish in religious, educational and social activities. 
          We assist in many events: sponsor/prepare/serve Bereavement Dinners for parish families,
assist with financial & physical responsibilities of the Sanctuary (provide votive candles, altar linens,
assist with light cleaning of the Chapel and Sanctuary), host all sacramental receptions and special dinners and support other Parish functions as a group.

CLASSICS

          Parishioners who admit being over 55 years old....meet the 2nd Monday of the month (Sept.-May)
at 11:30am in Bryce Hall for a potluck luncheon with door prizes.
          Along with the development of a social support group, they are a source of energetic volunteers for Parish work. If you are married, single, widowed, or divorced and over 55, you are encouraged to join.   For more information, call Sandy Estep, President - 373-1049.
