Come to me, all you who labor and who bear heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11: 28, 30
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of all humanity. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John 1:1-5
For God so loved the world, that He gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him would have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17
Jesus is the founder of the Catholic Church.
He is our leader and guide in all things having to do with the Church of the Epiphany of the Lord. “Epiphany” means “manifestation” and traditionally refers to three events in the life of Jesus: His baptism in the Jordan River where the voice of God was heard, the miracle at the wedding at Cana where he turned water into wine, and the visit of the Three Kings to the Holy Family at Bethlehem.
Jesus Christ is personally present -- His sacred body, blood, soul, and divinity -- at every Mass celebrated at the Church of the Epiphany of the Lord!
