End of Life Support Group......the "Journey Home Support
Group" has been formed
for those who are facing "end of life" issues.
This group is for any person and their families facing a terminal diagnosis or
life-threatening illness.
The group meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7-8:30pm
at
